More living space, better equipped kitchens, laundry facilities in each unit, adequate parking, nicely decorated apartments that are tasteful, comfortable and feel more like home, comfortable beds, easy to connect wireless internet and cable television, well maintained apartments and properties, economical pricing. Many of our units are within smaller sized apartment complexes. We feel that with little pedestrian traffic, it allows more privacy in coming and going and a better environment as compared to hotel lobbies and the related hussle and bustle.

Offer prime property locations in the most desirable towns that are both convenient to client work locations and can be enjoyed by the entire family.

As they say in real estate… location, location, location. Our locations are in close proximity to work, train and bus lines, shopping, restaurants and parks. Each location requires only a short drive or park at home and walk.

Provide more personal attention, flexibility and responsiveness to satisfy client needs and their unique situations.

Maintain good communication lines and service availability; be flexible in extending or reducing duration of client’s stay; respond rapidly to client inquiries and service problems.

Offer our services to assist clients in moving from our temporary residences to permanent housing.

Assist client in making a home purchase or finding longer-term, unfurnished rental housing. Honor client relationships and refrain from pursuing such assistance if client already has a real estate broker and is satisfied or is using their corporate relocation contacts.
